The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page two, line four, after the word "authorized" by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the words, "with the following amendment:
On page three, subsection 2.19, after the words 'free from hair', by striking the comma and the word 'marks'."
